“ Lovely restaurant that does French cuisine with brasserie style. Very nice drinks and good selections, I was very happy with the choice of aperitif cocktails and red wine. Onion soup was fantastic, nice amount of cheese and good flavour which goes well with croutons. Steak tartare was okay, but could be more fresh or some other flavour that would cover it up. Really nice fish stew as well, got some kick more than I thought so was sweating a bit but the seafoods were all very fresh, got nice portions of squid, prawns and mussels only wish the fish was bit bigger. Truly impressed about the dessert and typically liked the selection of small dessert pieces. Chocolate fondant was my favourite and the coffee was fantastic, really nicely roasted that was giving off lovely scent. Generally the service was good, the tables were bit small. Would be happy to come back to try out other menus. ”

“ An impromptu New Years Day brunch at Cote and very glad we did. I had the Garden Breakfast (which comes with a side of toast too) and if you upgrade to the ‘Breakfast Complet’ you also get a hot drink & juice all for 15.95. It was delicious. The atmosphere was friendly & relaxed and the food came in good time. I also had the Madeleines (would of been rude not to) and they are by far the most delicious Madeleines ever at Cote! Will definitely be back for more! ”
